Should a customer decide that he wants to return an item, he can contact our customer service or use the online system to print out his return label at home.
In our returning centres, our staff will receive the packages, check them for damages and register them in our system. Afterwards the repayment to the customer is induced and, depending of the condition of the article, it will be stored again, marked as a B-good or a damaged good or be disposed.
